Modula Hover Effects

When you head to Modula Settings > Hover Effects you will see the above settings panel. In this area, you can choose your gallery’s hover effect, which is essentially the animation or image behavior that users will experience when hovering their mouse over an image (without clicking). When you select a hover effect, like, for example, above we have selected Seemo you will be able to demo the effect on the image below.

!Important. As you might notice these hover effects are not visible when you view galleries on mobile devices – the reason for this is that it is not possible to determine what is classified as a hover on touchscreen devices as there is no mouse and no apparent way to hover over a touchscreen without clicking.

  • Cursor icon – select the cursor you want to have on hover. You can choose between: 
  1. Pointer
  2. Magnifying glass
  3. Loading
  4. Cell
  5. Crosshair
  6. Resize 1
  7. Resize 2
  8. Custom (you can upload your own icon).
  • Hover effect – choose your preffered effect. There are over 40 options and are compatible with certain elements: Title, Description, Social icons. Click the effect’s name to see a demo.
  1. Pufrobo– This effect is compatible with:Title, Social Icons

  3. Fluid Up – This effect is compatible with: Title, Description
  4. Hide – This effect is compatible with: Title, Description, Social Icons
  5. Quiet – This effect is compatible with: Title, Social Icons
  6. Catinelle – This effect is compatible with: Social Icons
  7. Reflex – This effect is compatible with: Title, Description, Social Icons

  41. Tilt Effect 2 –  This effect is compatible with: Title, Description, Social Icons. This effect will add an extra JS script to your gallery.
  42. Tilt Effect 3 – This effect is compatible with: Title, Description, Social Icons. This effect will add an extra JS script to your gallery.
  43. None – it will not display Caption/Title/Social buttons.
  • Hover color – select the background color on hover.
  • Hover Opacity – with this option you can decrease/increase the opacity.
